Tell us how many days you are going on a long weekend or vacation, and we will design and accompany you to climb, learn and discover new places in your vacation destination. You can take advantage to do a course, a climb, a couple of days of mountain climbing or dedicate them entirely to sport climbing, it’s your vacation, you choose!

On the website you will find offers of activities, ferratas, climbing routes or trekking that we propose, but if you have another idea, or you would like to do something that you do not find in our offer, you can propose it, and we will study the activity to make it happen safely.

The reservation will be made by contacting CUMBRE Mountain Guides by phone, WhatsApp, or email, or by filling out the form on the CONTACT and/or RESERVATION page of the website.

Once the exact dates of the service have been agreed between the guide and the client, a deposit of 50% of the total price will be made by BIZUM or BANK TRANSFER, which will be provided by the corresponding technician.

IMPORTANT!

The completion of the reservation serves to save your place in a course or to make a reservation for one or more days in any type of guided activity.

The allocation of a place, either for a course or for an activity, will only be effective when the guide has confirmed receipt of the reservation. Until then, the places and days will be available to anyone who is interested.

We have a scale of difficulties ranging from 1 to 5, so, when making the choice of activity, we guide each participant on the requirements for each service. However, before formalizing the reservation, we will request the relevant information to each client to adapt the services and thus be able to perform the activity more safely.

• VERY EASY (1/5): No previous experience in the chosen modality is required, suitable for any person.
• EASY ( 2/5 ): No previous experience in the chosen modality is required, we recommend a good shape and some skill in steep mountain terrain.
• MEDIUM ( 3/5 ): It is recommended to have some experience in the chosen modality since the days can be long and somewhat technical, with aerial passages, flying rappels, etc. For the activities, the physical demand will be considerable since we will have to climb steep slopes. For the courses, the intensity of maneuvers and learning contents will make us work hard.
• DIFFICULT ( 4/5 ): It is recommended that each participant be familiar with the modality and that he/she has previously done activities of lesser difficulty and/or similar in length with a certain degree of autonomy. Both the climbing routes and the trekking will require a lot of physical and technical effort. The training days will be of high intensity, and we will have to make the best of us to perform them.
• VERY DIFFICULT ( 5/5 ): It requires a good physical condition and good skills in alpine terrain. We face days with a lot of unevenness and very technical steps, so being used to this type of activities will be more than recommended, as well as having experience in long climbing routes of difficulty around 6b.

No additional insurance is required. All our services are insured by a civil liability insurance for the guide and an accident insurance for the participants with BERKLEY insurance company.

“We do not fit the ratio of the activity, we are 7 and it is for 4” or ‘I am a single person’.

In case you are a larger group than the ratio, we can make two groups incorporating another guide to the activity and adjusting the rates. The fuller the quota, the cheaper the activity or training will be.

And if you come individually, let us know in advance, and we will try to incorporate you into groups already formed.

In the information of each service, the specific material for each activity is detailed, however, with your reservation you will receive the technical sheet where the necessary material will be reflected.

INCLUDES

• Certified climbing and mid-mountain guide
• Civil responsibility insurance and accident insurance
• Collective safety equipment (ropes, first aid kit, friends and crackers, etc.).

NOT INCLUDED

• Lodging, food and drinks
• Transportation to the meeting point
• Necessary personal technical equipment
• Everything that is not detailed in “included”.

In case of cancellation 10 days before the beginning of the activity, 100% of the deposit made by the client will be refunded within 5 days.

In case of cancellation between 5 and 10 days before the beginning of the activity, 50% of the deposit made by the client will be refunded within 5 days.

If the activity is cancelled less than 5 days before the start of the activity or if any of the participants or the whole group does not show up at the agreed place, date and time, the amount paid by the absent participants or by the whole group will not be refunded.

100% of the amount paid in advance will be refunded within a maximum period of 5 days if the guide decides to cancel the activity before starting it due to weather or safety reasons or because the minimum number of places is not reached.

Once the activity begins, if the guide decides to suspend the activity due to weather conditions, or if he/she notices that the participants have clear symptoms of being under the influence of alcohol or any other type of narcotic or for other justified reasons that the activity guide considers, the amount paid by the participants will not be refunded.

In case of adverse weather conditions on the dates and for the planned activity, the activity may be changed to an alternative location where it can be continued. This change may be made a few days before, when weather forecasts are more reliable. If the participants cannot change the location on the planned dates, it will be adjusted to the closest and most convenient date for all. If neither of the two alternatives is possible, the reservation will be kept and other dates convenient for all will be proposed. If no agreement is finally reached, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded.

If a client or student does not present the required or agreed level, both technical and physical, the guide may vary, if possible, the itinerary or program to adapt to the level of the participant. Likewise, the guide may vary the program depending on weather or mountain conditions, in order to ensure safety. In these cases, the amount paid by the participants will not be refunded.

At the time of booking we will send the CONTRACTING DOCUMENT where the aspects and general contracting conditions appear, as well as the image rights and authorization of minors.
